Grameen Swapna’s Policy on Reporting and Investigating Misconduct provides clear definitions of misconduct and procedures for reporting misconduct. GS staff are required to report any suspicions or acts of fraud, waste or abuse to GS’s Internal Audit Office, which conducts in-depth inquiries into all reports and takes the appropriate corrective actions.
